Jennifer has over 15 years of sales experience in the veterinary and cannabis industries. In 2024, she is celebrating 10 years with her primary business, Heads and Tails Photography. Jennifer brings her creative mind, crafting ability, and technical experience (Photoshop, DALL-E, and Cricut Design Space, etc) to the team. 

In 2007 Jennifer met her husband Shannon in Calgary and they have shared over 17 years of adventures. On September 3, 2020, their sweet daughter Caleigh was born. Caleigh's tiny 3lbs changed their lives forever. The Dooley family also includes their Great Dane, Tyrus (6 years old) and 2 cats, Alex, and Koskie (13 and 18 years old).

With 17 years of experience in sales, Carli is a seasoned professional known for her dynamic, high-energy approach and results-driven mindset.  She has a proven track record in training, leadership, and supporting the development of teams within animal health, alcohol, and cannabis industries. She thrives on challenges and eagerly anticipates the opportunity to collaborate with the business, contributing innovative ideas to propel the company towards goal success.   Carli brings her foreward thinking, organizational, and business management skills to the team. 

Carli lives in Langley BC with her new husband Justin, their 6 year old Pug, Norman, 1 year old cat Boo, and 10 month old St. Bernard, Hazel.
